VALENCIA. We cook slowly so you can serve quickly. That’s the premise behind foodVAC , a company that produces gourmet products, specializing in low-temperature sous-vide cooking. foodVAC handles the slow and laborious part of the product preparation so that restaurateurs can then use it to create their dishes, adding their personal touch.

Angels , the investment company of businessman  Juan Roig , and Herrecha Inversiones , owned by Hortensia Herrero , have decided to acquire a minority stake in the company through a joint investment of €400,000 . This investment aims to contribute to the company’s growth and expansion.

foodVAC, based in La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), was born from the understanding between  Alejandro Villanueva , David Espartero  and Miguel Arenas , three chefs who met more than a decade ago in the kitchens of a hotel specializing in events and banquets.
