Beyond Juan Roig: these are the other big Valencian fortunes (Pamesa, Porcelanosa, Boluda)

Juan Roig, founder and majority shareholder of Mercadona, consolidates his position as the largest fortune in the Valencia region in the Forbes 2025 list.

The president of Mercadona, Juan Roig, consolidates for another year as the richest person in the Valencian Community and the fourth in Spain, with an estimated wealth of 7.9 billion euros, according to the list “The 100 richest Spaniards 2025” published this November by Forbes magazine.

The list places other large fortunes in the region in prominent positions in the national ranking. The Valencian podium is completed by Hortensia Herrero, shareholder of Mercadona, with 4,400 million euros (national ranking 7), and Fernando Roig, owner of Pamesa and shareholder of Mercadona, with 2,100 million (ranking 15).
